INT. MARTIN’S OFFICE - DAY

MARTIN sits in front of a monitor, both hands keyboard-ready. His phone sits to the left, propped by a small stand.

An InstaVision notification bubble lights up his lock screen. It reads: “UPS delivering a package.”

INT. MARTIN’S HOUSE - DAY

Grinning wide, with goggles on her forehead, KELLY, Martin’s middle school daughter, rushes to the front door.

She throws it open. A large package sits on the stoop. She bearhugs it into the family room, rips into it.

INT. MARTIN’S OFFICE - DAY

Martin types, periodically glancing to his phone. A new bubble reads: “Kelly opens a package in the family room.”

He types. Types. Another bubble: “Kelly moves furniture in the family room.” Martin stops typing, stares at his phone.

INT. MARTIN’S HOUSE - DAY

With furniture moved in a semicircle around the open box, Kelly rips out a blue pool, cheering, unfolding, cheering.

INT. MARTIN’S OFFICE - DAY

Martin’s phone reads: “Kelly unrolls a tarp in the family room.” Concerned, his full attention is now on the phone.

A new bubble: “Kelly holds a garden hose in the family room.” Martin springs up, dialing Kelly as quick as he can.

INT. MARTIN’S HOUSE - DAY

Kelly answers with one hand, holding a garden hose with the other.
